INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship internationally for a flat fee of $15. All orders ship from Singapore/HK. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. All sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please remember RAs will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
